North Star Screen Systems fabricates custom screened wall panels and enclosures out of maintenance free aluminum extrusions, and commercial grade fiberglass screen. Every project we do is designed, fabricated, and installed by skilled craftsman for your home's exact application. The strength of the extrusions allows for greater post spacing, up to six feet apart, so the view from your deck is not as obstructed.

This framework also has a spline groove which provides two key benefits: It makes the screens ultra tight so they are not flapping in the breeze like a loosely stapled screen and it allows for the simple replacement of a torn screen in minutes! If your screen project needs protective railing, because of off-grade height, North Star will integrate the picket railing in the screen framework. This railing is specifically engineered to meet or exceed all state and local building codes, and is available in 36" or 42" heights.
